I used to run competitively as a teenage and it is then when I realized how much mindset matters!

Later, while healing my anxiety, I recognized the power of my self-talk over my mood, actions, and ultimately, the course of my life!

And at the same time, mindset is NOT EVERYTHING.

Just telling yourself “I am confident, I am calm, I am safe” falls flat unless there is an embodied feeling attached to it.

My job is to help you maintain a sustainable energy flow and an impeccable mindset, so that you can:

And hi, I am Yeliena Theofilatos, Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Hypnotherapist + Introvert who has never dreamt of being an entrepreneur (But COVID made me do it).

When it comes to anxiety & burn out there are 3 mistakes that I’ve made and observed clients making
(because we are all human):

We think that anxiety & burnout/depression are ALL in our heads and focus on reframing our mind only, while forgetting to regulate the nervous system.

We are unaware of how anxiety and burnout/depression are perpetuated by mental habits (e.g., worrying, regretting) that need to be released.

We do not address the mental component of these mental health challenges at a thinking if we just do more self-care it will help.
